These Terms govern your access to and use of Sonify. By using Sonify, you agree to these Terms.

Sonify is offered as a subscription (monthly or yearly). If you start a free trial, your subscription may convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access until the end of the current billing period (or trial), unless otherwise stated.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, or interfere with service operation. You must comply with applicable laws.

Sonify and its content, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service.

Sonify is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including features or availability). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

本規約は、Sonifyへのアクセスおよび利用に適用されます。Sonifyを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Sonifyは、月額または年額のサブスクリプション形式で提供されます。無料トライアルを開始した場合、トライアル終了前に解約しない限り、終了後に有料プランへ自動的に移行することがあります。なお、適用される料金について、当社および当社の決済代行事業者が請求を行うことに同意するものとします。

サブスクリプションは、解約されるまで自動的に更新されます。解約はいつでもアカウント設定から行えます。解約後は次回以降の更新は停止されますが、別途定めがない限り、現在の請求期間またはトライアル期間の終了までは利用を継続できる場合があります。

サービスを不正に利用したり、権限のないシステムへアクセスを試みたり、サービス運営を妨害したりしてはいけません。利用にあたっては、適用される法令を遵守する必要があります。

Sonifyおよびそのコンテンツ、ブランド、ソフトウェアは、知的財産法によって保護されています。明示的に許可されている場合を除き、サービスの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布はできません。

Sonifyは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社は、サービスが中断なく提供されること、または不具合が生じないことを保証しません。

法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、Sonifyおよびその運営者は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害、または利益や収益の損失について責任を負いません。

当社は、本規約を随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合には、合理的な方法で事前に通知します。また、サービスの一部（機能や提供状況を含みます）を変更、中断、終了する場合があります。利用者が本規約に違反した場合、またはサービスを不適切に利用した場合には、アクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

本規約は、法の抵触に関する原則を除き、日本法に準拠します。

Estos Términos regulan tu acceso y uso de Sonify. Al utilizar Sonify, aceptas estos Términos.

Sonify se ofrece mediante suscripción mensual o anual. Si inicias una prueba gratuita, tu suscripción puede convertirse en un plan de pago al finalizar la prueba, a menos que canceles antes de que termine. Nos autorizas a nosotros, y a nuestro procesador de pagos, a cobrar las tarifas aplicables.

Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que se cancelen. Puedes cancelarlas en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu cuenta. La cancelación detiene futuras renovaciones; salvo que se indique lo contrario, podrás seguir teniendo acceso hasta que termine el período de facturación actual o la prueba en curso.

No debes hacer un uso indebido del servicio, intentar acceder a sistemas sin autorización ni interferir con el funcionamiento del servicio. Debes cumplir con las leyes aplicables.

Sonify, así como su contenido, marca y software, están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Salvo que esté expresamente permitido, no puedes copiar, modificar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir el servicio.

Sonify se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni libre de errores.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Sonify y sus operadores no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni de ninguna pérdida de beneficios o ingresos.

Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. Si los cambios son importantes, daremos un aviso razonable. También podemos cambiar, suspender o interrumpir cualquier parte del servicio, incluidas sus funciones o disponibilidad. Asimismo, podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso si incumples estos Términos o haces un uso indebido del servicio.

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Japón, sin tener en cuenta los principios sobre conflictos de leyes.
