Refund Policy

Refund requests
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate (for example, duplicate charges, renewal after cancellation, or service-impacting technical issues). We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. Please contact support with your account email and payment details.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
