Additional fees
No shipping fees apply because Sonify is a digital service. Customers are responsible for internet connection fees, communication charges, and any costs required to use their own devices and network environment. Additional taxes or currency conversion fees may apply depending on the customer’s payment method, bank, card issuer, and country of residence.
Exchanges and returns policy
Because Sonify is a digital subscription service, exchanges of physical goods do not apply.

If the service is defective or cannot be used due to a problem attributable to Sonify, please contact support at support@sonifyapp.com. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include troubleshooting, replacement access, or a refund when appropriate.

For non-defective cases, refunds are generally not provided after the subscription or trial has started, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and access may continue until the end of the current billing period or trial.
Delivery time
Access to the service is provided immediately after account setup and successful completion of the required signup or payment process. If a free trial is offered, access begins when the trial starts. In rare cases, activation may be delayed briefly due to maintenance or system issues.
Available payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card and any other payment methods displayed by Stripe at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payment timing
For paid subscriptions without a trial, payment is charged at the time of signup. If a free trial is offered, payment is charged automatically when the free trial ends unless canceled beforehand. For ongoing subscriptions, renewal charges are processed automatically at the start of each monthly or yearly billing period until canceled.
